The Workday Finance Manager oversees the day-to-day operations in support of the Workday Finance and Adaptive systems. The Manager is highly visible within the Finance and Information Technology departments and plays an integral role in the continual evolution of our Workday systems. The position provides leadership to a team of system analysts, providing mentoring and guidance in support of optimal results for team members and system stakeholders. The Workday Finance Manager ensures a high level of service with a strong commitment to quality and customer service. The Manager has an opportunity daily to positively impact our Finance environment as a pivotal leader for Workday systems. Job Duties and Responsibilities Manage the development, planning, support system and processes to provide global ERP support infrastructure for Finance and Planning areas within Workday & Adaptive ecosystem. Manage complex projects working closely with the business stakeholders, IT Project Management Office and consistently deliver application projects with a high level of quality and functionality that meets the business stakeholder requirements. Own overall inventory of reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and/or workflow (RICEFW) for the associated systems. Responsible for hiring, professional development and performance management of direct reports. Lead career development and succession management efforts to ensure retention, motivation, and engagement of current and future team members. Manage outsourced work, consultants, and other internal/external relationships. Make recommendations on strategic direction and roadmap for the use and implementation of Workday, as well as coordinated third party systems. Collaborate with business partners in identifying opportunities to streamline their operations with ERP solutions. Minimum Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a degree in Finance or closely related field 4+ years experience implementing and supporting global ERP cloud implementations for Finance and Planning applications. Workday experience is required. Ability to interact with senior leaders and adapt style as needed for technical or non-technical audiences. Demonstrated experience with leading cross-functional, cooperative efforts with team members across departments. Strong negotiation and team-building skills with the ability to create consensus around decisions and mitigate conflicts among different teams Proven people management expertise in managing a team of diverse professionals. Excellent communication, problem solving, and customer service skills are essential. Exceptional planning and organizational skills with ability to clearly communicate issues to a wide audience. Knowledge of general accounting and corporate financial reporting is preferred. Self-starter who thrives in an ever-changing, fast-paced business environment. 2+ year experience with Composite and Financial Reporting Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Workday Studio and BIRT Workday certifications Pay

This is a salaried position starting at $105,000.00 and pays up to $145,000.00, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits
