This position is part of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team and reports directly to the Director of FP&A and ultimately to the CFO, with high exposure to the C-suite. We are seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient Project Manager to lead transformational initiatives across the Finance function. This role is central to modernizing our financial systems and reporting infrastructure, including developing a centralized data warehouse, advancing analytics with Power BI, and establishing reporting governance through a Center of Excellence (COE). Key Responsibilities: Strategic Project Management:

Lead cross-functional FP&A initiatives to improve reporting robustness, turnaround time, and operational efficiency. Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver scalable solutions. Present project updates to leadership with insights and recommendations. Data Warehouse Development:

Collaborate with FP&A, IT, and analytics teams to define requirements and design a centralized data warehouse. Oversee ETL processes, ensure data quality, and maintain data governance standards. Power BI Reporting:

Design and deploy dashboards and reports. Use Excel for modeling and validation. Conduct UAT and refine reports based on stakeholder feedback. Center of Excellence (COE) Leadership:

Help establish and operate the Finance reporting COE, define best practices, and contribute to training and documentation. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, MIS, or related field. 5+ years in project management, FP&A, BI, or financial transformation. Proficiency in SQL, Power BI (DAX, Power Query), and advanced Excel. Experience with project planning tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet). Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree (MBA or related). PMP or similar certification. Knowledge of financial concepts, budgeting, and performance metrics. Experience with data warehouse tools or cloud platforms like Azure SQL or Synapse. Familiarity with FP&A applications such as Hyperion, Anaplan, SAP, Oracle. Experience supporting a COE or governance group and conducting UAT. Why Join Us?
