We are seeking a
OneStream Business Development Manager
who can blend solution knowledge, client engagement, and business growth. This role requires a strong background in EPM/CPM, hands-on experience with OneStream, and the interpersonal skills to engage both customers and internal teams. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline 3+ years of experience selling or implementing OneStream solutions (with at least two successful end-to-end implementations preferred) 5+ years of experience in the EPM/CPM space OneStream Certified Associate Administration and/or Implementation Foundation (preferred) Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and ideas for growing Aptelligences presence in the market Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Willingness to travel, as required by project/client needs Extra Credit if you have: OneStream Certified Lead Architect CPA or background in FP&A, Financial Reporting, or Accounting Prior business development, presales, or RFP experience What Youll Do
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with prospective OneStream customers Partner with internal delivery teams to align client needs with solution offerings Participate in presales activities, including demos, proposals, and RFP responses Lead discussions with clients to understand business challenges and propose tailored solutions Manage client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and growth Contribute ideas and strategies for expanding Aptelligences market footprint Mentor junior staff and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality outcomes What Youll Receive
