We're hiring a hands-on Roofing Project Coordinator to keep our job sites running smoothly from start to finish. You'll be the bridge between our field crews, clients, and office making sure materials are on-site, timelines stay tight, and every project reflects our reputation for excellence. What You'll Do Coordinate roofing projects from scheduling to final inspection Track material orders, deliveries, returns, and manage inventory Upload daily photos, invoices, and site updates using AccuLynx Visit job sites to ensure quality and resolve any issues Serve as the point of contact between crews, clients, and office staff Help on-site as needed (lifting up to 100 lbs, cleanup, etc.)
