Roofing Project Manager Assistant

Every project is a chance to raise the standard of quality and trust in our industry. We're looking for a Roofing Project Manager Assistant to be the driving force behind our project execution. In this role, you'll work side by side with our project managers, keeping schedules tight, crews organized, and clients informed. From coordinating materials, to visiting job sites and ensuring quality control, you'll play a critical role in making sure every project is completed on time, on budget, and with excellence. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and drive roofing projects from scheduling to successful completion. Oversee material management, including procurement, delivery tracking, returns, and inventory accuracy. Keep detailed project records by uploading photos, invoices, and progress updates in AccuLynx. Perform daily site visits to ensure quality workmanship, enforce safety standards, and resolve on-site challenges. Act as the key link between clients, field crews, and office staff to ensure seamless communication and project flow. Step in with hands-on support when necessary, including material handling (up to 100 lbs) and site cleanup.
