TITLE: IT Director, Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
LOCATION: Hybrid - Lincolnshire, IL
PAY: Target pay for this role is between $160-190k base + bonus based on experience?
ENGAGEMENT TYPE: Direct Hire
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING?
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the dealership's objectives to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Application Management: Manage the selection, deployment, and integration of software applications, including dealership management systems (DMS), CRM systems, and other business-critical applications. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
10+ years of proven experience in IT leadership roles, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
Strong expertise in business applications management and database management.
Proficient in dealership management systems (DMS) and other automotive software applications.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to align IT initiatives with business goals.
BS or MS Authorization to work in the US is a precondition of employment - we do not sponsor work visas?
