of proven success in client relationship management and talent delivery. The role involves managing existing client accounts, understanding their IT staffing needs, and ensuring successful placement of qualified candidates. Responsibilities include developing strong client partnerships, coordinating with recruiters to fulfill roles, negotiating contracts, and meeting revenue goals. The ideal candidate has a background in IT staffing or recruiting, excellent communication skills, and a track record of exceeding sales or placement targets.
