Our Operations Recruiting Coordinator (RC) works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization. The RC is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships, often providing candidates with their first impression. The candidate should be highly organized, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess excellent communication skills, and be adaptable to changing priorities. Responsibilities Scheduling interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring managers, and arranging travel for visiting candidates. Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hires. Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email. Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status updates in weekly reports. Coordinating post-interview debrief meetings and preparing debrief materials. Identifying opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency. Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of recruiting coordinator or similar coordination experience. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Bachelor's degree required. Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00/hr. Eligibility for benefits depends on employment status and other factors.
