Costing And Pricing Manager

Develop, implement, and manage pricing strategies and cost structures. Analyze material and labor costs, liaising with chefs and purchasing for menu specifications. Create pricing methodologies, analytics, and revenue tools to measure effectiveness. Identify opportunities to drive revenue and improve profit margins. Support ERP and business system data entry for operations and production. Calculate food costs, generate costing/pricing files, and maintain accurate bill codes. Train and onboard Costing Analysts and support Senior Management. 5+ years of leadership experience in pricing, revenue management, or finance. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel). Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Navision preferred). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and meet strict deadlines. Hands-on, detail-oriented, flexible schedule, and willingness to travel 10-15%. Experience in food service/hospitality and knowledge of culinary arts a plus. Bachelor's degree or MBA preferred.
