We're seeking a dynamic Costing and Pricing Manager to join our growing New York team and help shape pricing strategies and cost structures for our catering division. We are a global hospitality organization delivering gourmet experiences in airline catering, international events, restaurants, lounges, and hotels. Base pay range
$150,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage pricing strategies and cost structures Analyze material and labor costs, liaising with chefs and purchasing for menu specifications Create pricing methodologies, analytics, and revenue tools to measure effectiveness Identify opportunities to drive revenue and improve profit margins Support ERP and business system data entry for operations and production Calculate food costs, generate costing/pricing files, and maintain accurate bill codes Train and onboard Costing Analysts and support Senior Management Profile
5+ years of leadership experience in pricing, revenue management, or finance Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel) Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Navision preferred) Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and meet strict deadlines Hands-on, detail-oriented, flexible schedule, and willingness to travel 10-15% Experience in food service/hospitality and knowledge of culinary arts a plus Bachelor's degree or MBA preferred Job Offer
