Property Manager
to lead operations at a well-established, mid-sized residential community in
Sumner, WA . Conveniently located between Seattle and Tacoma, this full-time role is ideal for someone with 5-8+ years of experience and a Type A personality who thrives on high performance, attention to detail, and maintaining top-tier property standards.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Oversee daily operations, leasing, maintenance, and resident relations Ensure financial goals, occupancy, and retention targets are met Supervise and develop on-site staff Conduct regular property inspections and implement improvements Manage vendor relationships and compliance with all regulations WHY YOU MATTER
Your leadership will ensure the property runs efficiently and maintains a polished, professional image. Your experience and high standards will directly impact resident satisfaction, team performance, and asset value. WHAT IT TAKES
5-8+ years of property management experience Proven leadership and team management skills Detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and property operations best practices Certifications: CPM, CAPS, CAM or other relevant industry certifications preferred but not required. Tech Proficiency: Experience with property management software (i.e. Real Page, Yardi, AppFolio, or similar). THE PERKS!
