Job Summary:
A fully staffed, 524-unit multifamily community in Middle River, MD is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead daily operations, oversee capital improvement projects, and support a high-performing on-site team. This is a great opportunity for a results-driven leader who enjoys driving occupancy, mentoring staff, and improving resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage all daily property operations including leasing, resident relations, and maintenance coordination Lead and support the on-site team, including leasing professionals and maintenance technicians Maintain occupancy goals and reduce delinquency through strong retention and marketing efforts Oversee capital improvement plans and vendor coordination Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement Ensure compliance with all Fair Housing laws and company policies Foster a positive and accountable work culture focused on resident satisfaction Requirements
Qualifications:
CAM certification is required Experience managing mid- to large-sized multifamily communities Background in capital improvement project planning and execution Strong team leadership and communication skills Ability to handle a challenging resident base with professionalism and empathy Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, Entrata, etc.) High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications preferred Benefits
