Summary: This is a high-impact role for a seasoned litigator with significant courtroom experience in
personal injury
matters. Ideal for attorneys who thrive in trial settings and seek to lead strategy across complex, high-stakes cases. This position involves full litigation lifecycle management-from case intake to trial and appeal-and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference for injured clients.
What You'll Do: •Manage personal injury cases from intake through verdict or resolution •Develop and execute litigation strategy across a diverse case portfolio •Draft motions, pleadings, trial briefs, and appellate filings •Take and defend depositions, including PMK depositions •Represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial •Work closely with clients, witnesses, and internal team members to build strong cases
Experience You'll Need: •Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution •Active member in good standing with the California State Bar •
Extensive trial and litigation experience in personal injury law •Strong courtroom presence and persuasive advocacy skills •Skilled in legal drafting, deposition strategy, and trial preparation •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex caseloads
