Annual Bonus Experienced Trial Attorney - Personal Injury JSM Injury Firm, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated
Trial Attorney
to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned litigator to manage a diverse caseload, drive litigation strategy, and make a significant impact in securing justice for our injured clients. Responsibilities: Lead and manage all stages of personal injury litigation,
from initial case evaluation through trial and appeal. Develop and execute aggressive
litigation strategies
for a complex portfolio of personal injury cases. Conduct in-depth
legal research
and skillfully
draft all legal documents,
including complex pleadings, dispositive motions, trial briefs, and appellate filings. Expertly
conduct and defend depositions , including Person Most Knowledgeable (PMK) depositions. Represent clients in
court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations , consistently striving for optimal outcomes. Effectively
interview clients and key witnesses , gather crucial evidence, and provide clear, strategic legal advice. Collaborate closely with the legal team
to refine case theories, anticipate challenges, and prepare for trial. Stay meticulously
updated on legal developments,
emerging case law, and industry trends to ensure cutting-edge representation. Requirements: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Active admission to the CA State Bar, in good standing. Proven track record as a successful trial attorney
with substantial experience in personal injury litigation. Please highlight your trial experience. Exceptional
written and verbal advocacy skills,
capable of persuasive argumentation in court and precise legal drafting. Superior
analytical and problem-solving abilities,
with a strategic mindset. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient at
managing a demanding caseload
with competing deadlines. Ability to thrive both
independently and as a collaborative leader
within a fast-paced environment.
