Job Summary

We are seeking a Supervisor/Crew Chief to lead and oversee restoration projects. In this role, you will manage mitigation and restoration jobs from start to finish, supervise technicians, and ensure high-quality service for our customers. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is committed to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Lead and oversee mitigation and restoration projects, ensuring work is completed efficiently and professionally. Supervise and train technicians on proper restoration procedures, safety protocols, and equipment usage. Assess damage and develop action plans for mitigation and restoration. Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and team members to ensure transparency and excellent service. Monitor job progress, adjust strategies as needed, and ensure compliance with industry standards (IICRC, OSHA). Maintain accurate job documentation, including moisture readings, equipment logs, and reports. Assist with hands-on restoration work, including water extraction, structural drying, fire cleanup, and mold remediation. Ensure all equipment and company vehicles are properly maintained and stocked. Respond to emergency calls and participate in on-call rotation. Promote a safe and positive work environment, enforcing company policies and safety procedures. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in restoration, mitigation, or a related field preferred. Prior leadership or supervisory experience in the industry is a plus. IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT) required. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts. What We Offer
