We're seeking a results-driven
Manufacturing Manager
with strong
beverage industry experience
to lead daily production operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You'll play a critical leadership role, driving performance, safety, and quality while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and team development.
This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about delivering operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety goals are consistently met. Oversee beverage production lines, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Engineering) to optimize performance and minimize downtime. Develop and mentor frontline supervisors and production staff, building a high-performance team culture. Monitor KPIs and use data to drive decisions on productivity, yield, waste, and cost control. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. Support strategic initiatives such as capital projects, new product launches, or plant expansions. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards including FDA, SQF, HACCP, and GMPs. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in food or beverage manufacturing. Deep understanding of beverage production processes (carbonated, non-carbonated, juice, dairy, etc.). Proven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and deliver results in a high-volume environment. Strong knowledge of food safety, quality systems, and manufacturing best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. What We Offer
