Job Title: Plant Manager - Beverage Manufacturing
Position Summary:
As the
Plant Manager - Beverage Manufacturing , you will oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, sanitation, shipping and receiving. You will ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality environment while developing a team-oriented culture rooted in accountability and continuous improvement. This role requires a proactive, experienced leader capable of navigating complexity with clarity and executing operational strategies that drive profitability and excellence. The Plant Manager - Beverage Manufacturing pays $115,000k.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the plant is "ready-now" for visitors, audits, and customer tours. Lead and optimize daily plant operations, balancing immediate production needs with long-term improvements. Champion lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. Oversee production scheduling, supply chain coordination, and inventory management. Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with corporate objectives. Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive operational excellence and accountability. Analyze data to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate with senior leadership on capital investment planning and execution. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards including GMP, HACCP, and SQF. Maintain strong working knowledge of equipment and lead preventive maintenance programs. Lead with a servant-leadership mindset, developing and mentoring plant staff. Recruit, retain, and grow top talent while fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration. Communicate expectations clearly and provide timely, constructive feedback. Represent the plant to customers and visitors with professionalism and credibility. Preferred Qualifications 10+ years of experience as a Plant Manager in a
beverage manufacturing environment . Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent experience. Deep knowledge of manufacturing operations, budgeting, HR practices, and strategic planning. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, performance-driven, and lean culture. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Demonstrated track record of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Success in This Role Requires A "thought leadership" approach to problem-solving-smart, resourceful, and disciplined. A sense of urgency and responsiveness- speed is a behavior . The ability to focus deeply on key priorities and deliver results without drama. A passion for direct customer engagement and ownership of customer satisfaction. The mindset of a servant leader who leads from the front and empowers their team.
