As we continue to grow, we're seeking a driven and strategic Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our team and work directly with new and existing clients.Position Overview:As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients. You'll lead the planning, execution, and performance reporting of marketing campaigns while collaborating with our in-house creative team. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to deliver results that keep clients engaged and growing.Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day communication and strategy for client accountsUnderstand each client's goals and develop tailored marketing strategiesPresent and sell services such as SEO, PPC, web design, video, social media, and CRM integrationsCoordinate with internal teams (designers, developers, content creators) to ensure quality deliveryMonitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and communicate results clearlyIdentify growth opportunities and upsell services to expand client relationshipsMaintain visibility and accountability for tasks using Monday.com or similar project management softwareSupport the CEO on key account initiatives and assist in new business development when neededQualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or salesWorking knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, WordPress, or CRM platformsProven success in managing client relationships and delivering measurable resultsStrong written and verbal communication skillsOrganized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience with tools such as Go High Level, HubSpot, or Monday.com is a plusCompensation and Benefits:Base Salary: $50,000-$62,000 annually, based on experienceCommission: Uncapped earning potential through upsells and client renewalsBenefits: Medical, dental, vision, gym discounts, SIMPLE IRA with matchingGrowth: Clear path to senior roles within the agency as performance and client base growEnvironment: Fast-paced, creative, and collaborative workplace cultureHow to Apply:Submit your resume and a short cover letter explaining why you're the perfect fit for this role.
