This is an on-site position for someone who thrives in a client-facing role, knows how to manage creative projects, and enjoys working across departments to bring campaigns to life.You'll be the primary point of contact for a roster of clients-responsible for communication, execution, and results. You'll also play a critical role internally, helping align the creative, media, and web teams to ensure every project hits the mark.This is not a sales role. It's about building relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and managing success.ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact for assigned client accountsLead weekly check-ins and ongoing communication with clientsTranslate client goals into actionable tasks for internal teams using Monday.comOrganize and lead internal project meetings to keep deliverables on trackReview and approve deliverables before they are sent to clientsProactively identify potential issues and offer solutionsAssist with onboarding new clients and setting clear expectationsTrack campaign performance and report back to clientsBuild long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and measurable resultsCollaborate with the CEO and department heads to continuously improve processesRequirements3+ years of experience in account management, project management, or client successStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with exceptional organization and follow-throughExperience working with project management tools like Monday.comFamiliarity with creative workflows (web, design, media, social, etc.)Calm, strategic, and solution-oriented under pressureAble to work full-time in our Cincinnati officePreferred QualificationsBackground in a marketing agency or multi-client settingBasic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, or CRM platformsExperience managing creative deliverables or digital campaignsComfortable with cross-functional collaboration and leadershipHow to ApplyTo be considered, you must submit:Your resumeA cover letter explaining why you're the right fit(Optional) Examples of client accounts or projects you've successfully managedApplications without a cover letter will not be reviewed.
