Customer Service Representative !
We are looking for a motivated and personable individual to provide top-notch support to our valued customers. You'll have the opportunity to engage with customers, resolve issues, and contribute to our overall mission of excellence in service delivery.
What we need;
General Customer Support: You'll be the go-to person for providing timely, friendly, and effective assistance. Whether it's answering questions, resolving issues, or guiding customers through our products/services, your role will ensure that every customer interaction is handled with care. Sales-Focused Customer Engagement: In addition to standard customer support, you will also have the opportunity to upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs. Your insights and recommendations will contribute to customer satisfaction while helping us achieve our sales goals.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat). Resolve customer issues and provide clear, concise solutions. Offer tailored product recommendations, upsell, and cross-sell when appropriate. Maintain and update customer accounts. Stay informed about product/service updates and promotions to assist customers effectively. Handle high volumes of customer interactions while maintaining quality. Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred). Proven experience in a customer service role or related field. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach. Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and patience. Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
