Maintenance Technician

Direct Hire Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:
Repair and replace mechanical components on production equipment, including presses, forklifts, and conveyors. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, dismantling and repairing or replacing parts as needed. Assist with electrical and electronic repairs, including re-wiring. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and facility support systems. Construct and repair items such as brackets, panels, and HVAC systems. Support new equipment installation, including site preparation and utility connections. Assist with utilities and support equipment installation for new plant construction. Perform external building and property maintenance. Utilize carpentry, plumbing, and welding skills as needed. Attend team meetings, training sessions, and follow all EHS procedures. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Vocational training in mechanics, welding, machine repair, or related field is a plus. 2-3 years of experience in industrial or mechanical repair. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency. Ability to build relationships and adapt to change. Quick decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, diagrams, and manuals. Why Join Us?
