Pay: $15.00 - $24.00/hr, depending on experience
Schedule:
1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Some weekend availability may be required What You'll Do:
Respond to phone and email inquiries about product specifications, technical issues, and order status Serve as the main point of contact between customers (e.g., plant engineers) and internal teams such as engineering, sales, and logistics Enter and manage customer orders in the ERP system Coordinate shipping, special order requests, and resolve delivery or logistics issues (e.g., returns, customs delays) Use manuals and engineering documentation to guide customers through installation and configuration Support devices like pressure and temperature transmitters (APT/ATT-series); escalate advanced issues when needed Maintain detailed CRM logs of interactions, solutions, and follow-ups Generate internal reports highlighting customer feedback, common issues, and service trends Provide customer insights to engineering and product teams Participate in training sessions to stay informed on product updates and technical enhancements What You'll Bring:
Strong communication skills - both verbal and written Technical aptitude - ability to understand industrial instrumentation and protocols (e.g., HART/FF) Customer-first mindset - empathetic, solution-oriented, and responsive Organizational skills - ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Team player - collaborative approach to problem-solving across departments
