Requirements: • Must have direct experience working with NYC agencies, permitting, and regulations. •12-15+ years of progressive civil engineering and project management experience. •NYS Professional Engineer (PE) license is strongly preferred. •Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil3D, or MicroStation. •Deep familiarity with NYC permitting and construction methods.
