As the Hybrid Account Manager, you will be responsible for: Customer support in executing work order requests Overseeing and managing client and vendor relationships Overseeing quality assurance and follow up resolution Up-selling additional services Sourcing service providers and on-boarding them The Ideal Candidate for this role will have:
1 year in a business to business customer support environment Experience with MS Office applications including Excel, Teams and Outlook Exceptional customer service skills Experience in property management setting is a plus Benefits:
