We need a hardworking person who can get in and help with a variety of kitchen tasks. In addition to unloading dirty dishes brought in by bussers, you will be scraping, sorting, and loading dishes into the dishwashing machine. Responsibilities: • Sweep and scrub kitchen floors to maintain a clean and tidy working environment • Place utensils and dishes in proper storage areas after unloading the dishwasher • Sort dishes, scrape plates, and rinse glassware before loading into the dishwashing machine • Keep track of dishwashing machine mechanical defects while also maintaining accurate levels of detergent and cleaning supplies • Take part in employee meetings regularly to stay up to date on all policies and safety regulations Qualifications: • Candidates must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic • Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent • Excellent stamina and physical health • Prior food service industry experience is highly desired Compensation: $19 per hour
