As our next dishwasher, we're looking for hardworking individuals who are eager to contribute to the smooth operation of our busy kitchen. We need someone dependable who can pitch in and help with a variety of kitchen tasks. In addition to unloading dirty dishes brought in by bussers, you will be scraping, sorting, and loading dishes into the dishwashing machine. Responsibilities: • After unloading the dishwasher, return utensils and plates to their proper locations • Keep track of dishwashing machine mechanical defects while also maintaining accurate levels of detergent and cleaning supplies • Sort dishes, scrape plates, and rinse glassware before loading into the dishwashing machine • Mop and clean kitchen floors daily to keep the workplace neat and sanitary • Attend regular employee meetings that will help you stay current on all procedures and safety protocols Qualifications: • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification • Possesses a strong work ethic and have high attention to detail • Previous experience working in food service is preferred • Excellent stamina and physical health Compensation: $11 - $11.50 hourly
