The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall upkeep of the community, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and responding promptly to resident and staff maintenance requests. This position ensures a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for our residents and team.
Duties and Responsibilities: Perform routine building and equipment maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks. Complete work orders and preventative maintenance assignments promptly and professionally. Assist with groundskeeping, snow removal, and seasonal projects as needed. Job Requirements
