Project Accountant
KEITH is looking for a Project Accountant to join our team in our Corporate Office in Pompano Beach, FL.

We are a well-established multidisciplinary company that offers civil engineering, land surveying, subsurface utility engineering, planning, landscape architecture, and construction management services.

What you'll do:
Monitor project costs/performance
Review costs/draft invoices with Project Managers
Prepare project invoices monthly
Follow up with clients regarding Accounts Receivable
Assist with FDOT Audit Packages when needed
Assist with setting up and maintain project records in both Deltek Vantagepoint and KEITH Network.
Assist Project Managers with proposal and contract preparation and QA/QC, prepare and monitor subconsultant agreements
Additional Accounting Assistance as needed
What you'll need:
Experience with project accounting software; Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint is preferred
Experience in the A/E/C industry preferred (Architecture, Engineering, Construction)
Experience with billing preferred, FDOT billing a plus
Ability to work independently
