JOB SUMMARY

The Campus ProductionManager - Southside will serve as the production director at his/her assigned satellite campus. Inaddition to overseeing any production staff on site, they will also recruit, develop, and lead ateam of volunteers to facilitate weekly gatherings. As needed, the campus production managerwill also assist with gatherings and events at central campus.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsible tooversee services and events at their respective campus Responsible forupholding the expected standard of excellence for audio, lighting, andbroadcast Responsible tooversee services and events, ensuring consistent levels of production qualityand ministry support Organize the effortsof the staff and volunteer production team to ensure successful, engagingworship gatherings with minimal distractions Maintains knowledgeof the AVL systems, processes, and personnel it takes to execute a worldclass weekend experience, as well as online streaming content Ensure that allequipment is maintained and is adequately tested before services and events Coordinate with Centralcampus staff for needed equipment repairs, maintenance, rentals, and purchases Identifies staffingand recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring andtalent management Load weekly graphicslides, videos, and other assets and ensure that the weekend team is updated onservice flow Meet with theweekend service planning team as well as ministry leads to ensure that theproduction team is informed and can adequately prepare for gatherings andevents Oversee and/orparticipate in regular training to equip volunteers that are vital to oursuccess (Volunteer training will include, but is not limited to: set up/teardown stage and production equipment, set up and operate ProPresenter, set upand operate lighting equipment, set up and prepare musical instruments) Assisting with filmprojects Transporting andorganizing of equipment attending and/orfacilitating planning meetings coordinating withother CBC ministries to support their events, etc. Other duties asassigned COMPETENCIES

Possess strongcommunication skills in the English language (verbal and written) An excellent eventproducer who sees the big picture clearly Ability to maintainprofessional relationships Possess strongattention to detail Knowledge of audio,video, and lighting systems Must possessintermediate computer skills using applications such as Ableton, ProPresenter,PVP Ability toprioritize work, meet deadlines, work independently, multitask, and produceresults in a high stress environment Excellent developerof people with experience developing staff and volunteers A thoughtful leaderwho makes decisions that reflect the vision and values of the organization Possess workingknowledge and ability to operate both Avid and Midas audio consoles, as well asGrandMA and Jands lighting consoles A forward-thinkingcreative who has the pulse on what is next in the world of production POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

This isa full-time position. Days and hoursof operation are scheduled any time Monday -Sunday. Working weekends andevenings will be required as job duties demand. This position will be located primarily at the Southside Campus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Whileperforming the duties of this job, the employee maybe regularly required to do the following:

Must have goodor corrected vision as well as effective peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus Must have good manual dexterity and be able to use repetitive motionof the hands and arms Mustbe able to remain in a stationary position for extended periodsof time Mustbe able to move about insidethe office and storage rooms, caring equipment up to 90lbs Mustbe able to frequently and effectively communicatein both written and verbal form Ability to workcollaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels ofthe organization EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Highschool Diplomaor GED (required) 1 years ofproduction staff leadership preferred WORK ENVIRONMENT

Duties are performed ina variety of settings to include, outside, office and technical settings wherethe work and general environment may be fast-paced and hectic at times.Therefore, it is essential that the employee can effectively handle the normalanxieties associated with the job and manage multiple projects inservice-oriented environment. Environmental noise levels are minimal.
