Duties and Responsibilities (denotes essential functions) *Develops and implements CAFNRM-related marketing campaigns, including print materials, blog posts, website updates, press releases, and photography/videography. *Manages, coordinates, and updates all CAFNRM social media content, ensuring consistency of messaging and branding. Produces reports on the effectiveness of marketing and recruitment activities through data analysis. Assists in identifying potential new markets, services, and opportunities by analyzing trends and issues impacting enrollment and retention. *Prepares budget projections, monitors expenses, and maintains budgets related to marketing and student activities. *Maintains and utilizes alumni databases for fundraising, event participation, and recruitment/retention initiatives. Cultivates relationships with stakeholders to support special events, programs, and student engagement. *Supports academic advising for CAFNRM students, guiding them on curricular requirements, academic policies, and progress toward graduation. *Coordinates CAFNRM student orientation, advising, retention, and recruitment events on and off-campus. Supports course scheduling in alignment with student needs and program requirements. Assists with curriculum updates and course building through systems such as Banner and STAR. Manages and analyzes benchmarking data for accreditation purposes and supports program reviews with reports and data analysis. Develops and maintains databases for student records, correspondence, and surveys related to alumni, employment, and graduation outcomes. *Serves as the primary contact for students during summer sessions, assisting with registration, technology issues, and document collection. Coordinates events such as welcome orientations, recruitment sessions, and faculty/student activities. Supports the CAFNRM Dean/Director with institutional correspondence, special projects, and policy implementation. Interfaces with internal and external stakeholders, including Admissions, Registrar, and external agencies, to support program objectives. *Participates in accreditation efforts and ensures compliance with university and professional organization standards. Provides general administrative support, including managing MOUs, maintaining office operations, and responding to inquiries. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications

Possession of a baccalaureate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Agricultural Sciences, or related field and one (1) year(s) of progressively responsible professional experience in higher education, academic support, marketing, or event coordination; or any equivalent combination of education and/or professional work experience which provides the required education, knowledge, skills and abilities as indicated. Functional knowledge of principles, practices and techniques in the area of marketing and academic advising in higher education demonstrated by knowledge, understanding and ability to apply concepts, terminology. Functional knowledge and understanding of principles, theories, federal and state laws, rules, regulations and systems associated with FERPA and accreditation. Demonstrated ability to recognize problems, identify possible causes and resolve the full range problems that may commonly occur in the area of higher education. Demonstrated ability to understand oral and written documentation, write reports and procedures, and communicate effectively in a variety of situations. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external organizations, groups, team members and individuals. Demonstrated ability to operate a personal computer, apply word processing software, and data base management systems. More than one year of experience working in higher education or agricultural education settings. Progressively professional experience in working with faculty and students in a university setting. Desirable Qualifications

Familiarity with university systems such as Banner, STAR, and curriculum central processes. Experience with accreditation and program review processes. Demonstrated ability to analyze and report on survey and benchmarking data. Proven ability to manage complex schedules, coordinate events, and support diverse student needs.
