TIG Welder - Contract Opportunity in Newark, DE

Adecco is hiring a

TIG Welder

for an exciting

18-month contract

role with the potential for conversion based on business needs. This is a great opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology in a clean, safety-focused manufacturing environment.

Position Details:

Location:

Newark, DE

Type:

18-month contract (potential to convert)

Pay:

$25-$28/hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-5:30 PM (30-minute lunch)

Overtime:

Fridays/Saturdays as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret detailed work instructions and blueprints

Perform TIG, stick, and MIG welding in multiple positions

Operate welding equipment, hoists, and shop tools

Follow all safety protocols and maintain equipment

Fabricate components for solid oxide fuel cell generators

What You Bring:

At least 1 year of TIG welding experience (DC, AC, pulsed), plus stick and Oxy-Acetylene welding

Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Welding certification is a plus

Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with shop equipment

High school diploma or GED required

Pay Details:

$25.00 to $28.00 per hour
