About Our Client
A growing North American industrial manufacturer. They will be scaling 25% in headcount in the next year and have a very high product demand.
Job Description
Talent Acquisition and Workforce Management Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly, technical, and salaried positions. Partner with department heads to forecast workforce needs and develop hiring strategies. Support a bilingual workforce with appropriate language and cultural understanding.
Union and Labor Relations Monitor and respond to unionization activity with strategic and legal guidance. Lead negotiations or work with external counsel on collective bargaining agreements (if applicable). Maintain positive employee relations and proactive communication to reduce labor disputes.
Compliance and Reporting Ensure compliance with federal, state, and locallabor laws, including but not limited to:
I-9 Verification Background Checks OSHA Recordkeeping Affordable Care Act (ACA) Reporting EEOC and FMLA requirements
Maintain accurate documentation and respond to audits, inspections, and government reporting requirements.
Employee Relations & Performance Management Design and manage an employee performance review process aligned with business goals. Investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns with confidentiality and legal accuracy. Drive employee engagement, morale, and retention strategies across departments.

10+ years of prior HR experience in the manufacturing industry. Bilingual in English/Spanish. Previous experience in leading strategic scale up initiatives. What's on Offer
Base salary of $150,000 - $200,000 Annual bonus and competitive benefits
