Job Description
Manage and execute HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract top talent. Lead multiple direct reports. Provide guidance on employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Develop and implement training programs to support employee development. Collaborate with leadership to drive organizational change and culture initiatives. Maintain accurate HR records and generate regular reports for management. Lead benefits administration and support employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits. The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Manager should have:
5+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Previous leadership experience preferred. Bachelors degree in HR or a related field required. A strong understanding of HR laws and best practices in the industrial/manufacturing industry. Proven ability to manage and resolve employee relations issues effectively. Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with all levels of the organization. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. Proficiency with HR software and tools for data management and reporting. What's on Offer
