About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on
Demand Generation Manager
to lead marketing efforts and go-to-market strategy for advanced DV-LED display solutions. This role plays a key part in driving qualified leads, accelerating pipeline growth, and building brand visibility across industries including transportation, corporate, entertainment, and retail.
As the Demand Generation Manager, you'll design and execute integrated campaigns that reach buyers, channel partners, and technology specifiers. Your work will directly influence revenue growth in a competitive B2B environment where creativity, execution, and metrics-driven performance all matter.
Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Design and launch integrated marketing campaigns tailored to target industries using paid media, email, webinars, and field events. Full Funnel Ownership
- Manage the journey from awareness through MQL to sales handoff, with a focus on lead nurturing and conversion. Technology & Tools
- Oversee marketing automation and CRM workflows (HubSpot, Salesforce), including lead scoring, segmentation, and reporting. Agency & Vendor Management
- Partner with PR, SEO, design, and content agencies to deliver campaign-ready assets. Sales Alignment
- Work closely with sales on account-based marketing initiatives and create enablement tools for channel and direct sales teams. Performance Optimization
- Track and analyze KPIs such as MQLs, CPL, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution; adjust strategies accordingly. Content & Asset Development
- Create compelling sales and marketing materials that communicate the company's value proposition. Event Support
- Drive demand generation through tradeshows, roadshows, and strategic partnerships. Qualifications
4-7 years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on demand generation and campaign execution. Proficiency in Pardot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and other digital marketing tools. Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to measure ROI and optimize performance. Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and external partners. Experience in DV-LED, ProAV, B2B technology, or capital equipment sales cycles strongly preferred. What Makes This Role Stand Out
