Sparks Group has partnered with a leading Aviation Manufacturer transforming the aerospace industry. They are seeking a dedicated Customer Order Specialist for an indefinite contract opportunity. The Customer Order Specialist is responsible for responding to customer inquiries and processing orders for spare parts, for customers in the US and abroad. This position provides high-priority and emergency logistical sales and technical product support for customers related to material, logistics and supplier issues, and purchase orders. Responsibilities: Manage the daily ZSDTRP report

Record and log customer complaints

Prepare and share customer activity reports

Communicate clearly and effectively (written and verbal)

Inform customers about priority and freight options to meet delivery deadlines

Coordinate with technical teams and other departments as needed

Provide order status updates to customers

Work with warehouse and shipping teams when required

Build strong relationships with customers

Seek ways to improve customer support and increase sales

Qualifications/Background Profile: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum three (3) years' experience in logistics, technical, or customer support areas Or minimum one (1) year experience working SAP Microsoft Word, Office, and Excel A&P License, may be substituted for 3 years' experience Requires ability to communicate effectively verbally and in written form 0-10% Domestic and International may be expected) #LI-DA2
