Desired Qualifications:
Extensive
(Minium 2 years)
experience in electronics repair, including the ability to troubleshoot down to the component level.
Proficient in using electronic test equipment (e.g., voltmeters, oscilloscopes).
Willingness to work beyond standard business hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 35–60% of the time.
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain a valid passport.
Demonstrated experience in machine maintenance and repair.
Knowledge of PLC’s, with ability to understand and read ladder logic
Self-motivated
and understands the importance of being a team player to achieve organizational goals and is able to work effectively under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain POC/AIP products at customer sites; perform in-house repairs of defective customer equipment.
Maintain in-house repair facilities, including calibration, upkeep of vehicle test benches, and maintenance of test equipment.
Provide technical assistance to customers and internal departments, including researching parts and technical inquiries, and supporting Requests for Quotations.
Diagnose system faults remotely or on-site using diagnostic tools and software.
Assist with quality assurance of products prior to shipment, as needed.
Prepare detailed Field Service Reports to support customer invoicing, warranty claims, labor and material charges, and policy documentation.
Recommend machine upgrades, retrofits, and process optimizations.
Replace or repair faulty components such as drives, spindles, servos, control panels, ball screws, and bearings.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software-related issues.
Start-up and test machinery on plant floor before shipment
