The Contract Program Managers primary role is to organize and coordinate projects within the contract as assigned. The Program Managers role will also be to oversee project progress within overall program/contract objectives. The Program Manager will report directly to the Government Client. Roles and Responsibilities

The deliverables keeping abreast of contractual terms and conditions while assisting in preparation of modifications or replacements. Developing evaluation methods to assess program and project strengths and identify areas for improvement. Minimize incompatibilities and ensure standardized products. Execute and refine portfolio for program initiatives. Organizing projects in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization. Developing new projects at the request of DHA to support the strategic direction of the organization. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entirety of the program. Creating and managing long-term goals. Produce deliverables on time and with no grammatical error. Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities. Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, and team member performance. Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved. Meeting frequently with the customer to maintain effective, transparent communications to ensure timely project issue resolution and discuss any decisions on services provided. Strategize and outline goals and objectives of the program and associated projects. Assign project managers and team members to projects. Set program and project controls, standards, and governance. Monitor multiple projects through the entire program cycle. Set timelines for goals, milestones, and all associated due dates to ensure program and project success. Coordinate and utilize resources for multiple projects within the program Manage and submit program documentation Communicate with project managers and team members to address potential risks Solve problems and issues at all levels of the program and report them to the program director Track program progress and submit monthly updates to the higher-level management team Communicate program objectives, goals, and progress to program directors, executives, and upper management. Evaluate and supervise multiple projects Organize cross-projects work within the program Lead and mentor project staff and team members Understanding of project management Knowledgeable in program management methodology and techniques Knowledgeable in performance evaluation and change management principles Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Knowledge of medical facility management. facility and real property improvement process/project lifecycle, real property inventory procedures, and clinical/operational lease planning Familiarity with advanced statistical concepts and modeling, and/or quantitative analysis courses. Familiarity with Defense Department Data Sources Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, data science, mathematics, computer science or related field, and/or 8 years experience within Military Health Systems (MHS). 5+ years previous experience in program management, project management, administration, or related field. Two (2) years experience developing and deploying facilities and clinical/operational performance metrics, or government approved resume. One (1) year experience software management and data retrieval. Project Management Professional certification. Preferred Skills

Knowledge of building systems (i.e., mechanical systems, electrical systems, etc.). Working knowledge of the DMLSS-FM Module, working knowledge of M2, knowledge and familiarity with: Business Objects/Business Intelligence, CHCS Cache/AHLTA, MDR, HL7, ETL, Discern, and Health Analytics experience. Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite/Microsoft 365; working knowledge of program/project management software Proficient with the following Microsoft Office Suite/Microsoft 365 programs: Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, SharePoint, Visio, and Outlook. Analytical thinking/critical thinking skills are imperative. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. Willingness to adhere to all principles of confidentiality. Must operate in a collaborative and cooperative environment. Ability to show initiative, good judgment, and resourcefulness. Additional Notes

This position is on-site at a government installation, the candidate should be comfortable to undergo a background investigation. Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day, excluding Government holidays. Personnel shall not work more than 80 hours in any two-week period. Subject to prior approval by the supported-facility POC or Facilities Manager, variations in work schedules are acceptable when the total hours per week are not exceeded and no obligation is incurred that would require personnel to be paid overtime. Due to the nature of performing services in support of healthcare facilities with an ongoing mission, it is occasionally necessary to work outside of clinic hours to de-conflict spaces. When it is necessary for to work outside of agreed upon daily working hours, the supervising site POC will provide written notice.
