The Project Managers primary role is to organize and coordinate statistical concepts projects within contract as assigned. This role will also be to oversee analytical and technical expertise in project progress within overall program/contract objectives. Roles and Responsibilities

Evaluate staff actions, proposals, orders and plans, and other recommendations in relation to DHAs and DoDs strategic plans, regulations, policies, and operations. Apply the DoD administrative policies, regulations, precedents and planning guidelines, and processes; knowledge of DoD program goals and objectives, the sequence and timing of key program events and milestones, and methods of evaluating the effectiveness of program accomplishments, while establishing relationships with other Services programs impacting DHA goals and objectives is preferred. Establish and maintain a broad range of qualitative and quantitative methods for assessing and improving program effectiveness and complex management processes and systems. Demonstrate knowledgeable as a program management by applying methodology and techniques management principles. Familiarity with advanced statistical concepts and modeling, and/or quantitative analysis courses. Familiarity with Defense Department Data Sources. Knowledge of medical facility management. facility and real property improvement process/project lifecycle, real property inventory procedures, and clinical/operational lease planning. Proficient in Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS), with proven proficiency in DMLSS-Facilities Management Module (DMLSS-FM). Understanding of project management. Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, data science, mathematics, computer science or related field, and 3-5 years experience within healthcare administration or MHS or government approved resume. Possess an active favorable NACI. Project Management Professional certification Two (2) years experience developing and deploying facilities and clinical/operational performance metrics, or government approved resume. Proficiency with basic SQL for data manipulation and/or SAS Institutes statistical analysis software package. Preferred Skills

Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite/Microsoft 365; working knowledge of program/project management software (MS Project, Asana, Basecamp) Proficient in Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS), with proven proficiency in DMLSS-Facilities Management Module (DMLSS-FM) preferred. Proficient with the following Microsoft Office Suite/Microsoft 365 programs: Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, SharePoint, Visio, and Outlook. Working knowledge of the DMLSS-FM Module, working knowledge of M2, knowledge and familiarity with: Business Objects/Business Intelligence, CHCS Cache/AHLTA, SQL, MDR, SAS, HL7, ETL, Discern, and Health Analytics experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with advanced statistical concepts and modeling, and/or quantitative analysis courses. Familiarity with Defense Department Data Sources. Knowledge of medical facility management. facility and real property improvement process/project lifecycle, real property inventory procedures, and clinical/operational lease planning. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledgeable in performance evaluation and change management principles. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Requires strong knowledge of English composition and grammatical rules. Facilities Management knowledge. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite/Microsoft 365, Microsoft Project, or other project management solution to manage projects. Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. Additional Notes

This position is on-site at a government installation, the candidate should be comfortable to undergo a background investigation. Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day, excluding Government holidays. Personnel shall not work more than 80 hours in any two-week period. Subject to prior approval by the supported-facility POC or Facilities Manager, variations in work schedules are acceptable when the total hours per week are not exceeded and no obligation is incurred that would require personnel to be paid overtime. Due to the nature of performing services in support of healthcare facilities with an ongoing mission, it is occasionally necessary to work outside of clinic hours to de-conflict spaces. When it is necessary for to work outside of agreed upon daily working hours, the supervising site POC will provide written notice.
