Mid-Level Banking Associate Attorney
to join their team in New York City. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS: Experience in general finance, including drafting and negotiating commitment papers, security agreements, credit agreements, and other loan documents. UCC experience and general corporate experience. High academic achievement and solid law firm experience preferred. WE OFFER: Market rate, annual discretionary bonus.
