Energy & Infrastructure Projects Mid to Senior Level Associate Attorney , to join our winning team in Houston. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS: Strong financing and/or M&A transactional experience is required. Ideal candidate will have experience leading project finance and/or acquisition and dispositions. A successful candidate must hold a high level of academic achievement and a passion for providing high quality work product and service to our clients.
