Senior Architectural Project Manager

Senior Architectural Project Manager

will lead various projects, managing multidisciplinary teams through the architectural design process. Responsibilities include overseeing construction documents, technical detailing, Revit modeling, BIM coordination, code and ADA research, business development, design development, project scheduling, cross-disciplinary coordination, fee proposals, financial reporting, construction administration, and establishing design standards and templates. Management: Estimate fees, define scope, and prepare proposals and contracts Collaborate with Marketing on project pursuits Work with the Director of Architectural Design on business strategies and team plans Manage multiple projects, staffing, and resources Coordinate project efforts from design to construction Serve as primary client liaison, managing relationships Oversee budgets, schedules, communications, and documentation Mentor team members to enhance skills Design and Delivery: Deep knowledge of building codes, ADA, and permitting processes (Colorado experience preferred) Experience with Colorado state agencies Create construction documents using Revit and standards Understand architectural detailing and construction methods Stay curious about design trends and responsibilities Possess creative space planning and interior design skills Develop project schedules and milestones Lead the creation of standards and templates Collaborate on creative design solutions Conduct quality reviews of documents Experience with Construction Administration Proficient in Project Manual specifications Qualifications: Minimum 10 years managing multidisciplinary projects (new construction, renovations, expansions) Bachelors in Architecture; licensure preferred (Colorado license preferred) NCARB certification preferred Proficiency with Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office Experience with Business Development, CRM, and project financial software LEED AP preferred
