Digital Sales Specialist
Audacy Orlando has an immediate opening for a Digital Sales Specialist to develop and sell its comprehensive digital products to new and existing clients. The Digital Sales Specialist will identify and generate digital sales opportunities while working creatively with sales reps within the team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional client-facing skills and have a thorough understanding of marketing and advertising. This individual consistently drives game-changing results, knows how to identify, develop, and present customized solutions to clients using digital concepts including but not limited to extension, Search, OTT, Display, Digital Audio and Social Media. Ideal candidate must be able to forecast revenue projections and multitask with a high degree of time management and organizational skills. Responsibilities
The Digital Sales Specialist will support Media Sales Team on digital advertising sales calls. Identify new business leads and generate digital sales opportunities to grow digital revenue while working and supporting media sales reps within the team being a local Digital product expert. Consistently driving game-changing results, this individual knows how to identify, develop, and present customized solutions to clients using digital concepts. Perform customer needs analysis (CNA) in the field in partnership with Account Executives to uncover client's goals and strategic objectives. Recommend specific digital products to support and develop proposals and present to clients in partnership with Account Executive Articulately relay feedback and expectations to client in partnership with Account Executives and internal teams. Assist in leading the launch of campaigns and communicate any risk to revenue to internal teams Confidently forecast revenue projections in partnership with Sales Managers. Lead digital sales trainings educating the local sales team on Audacy's digital offerings and go-to-market strategies Qualifications
2+ years sales related experience preferred 2+ years digital marketing experience preferred College Degree preferred. Proven success in building client marketing campaigns by utilizing digital platforms (Search, Social, Display, Video) Thorough understanding of advertising and marketing Public speaking skills and ability to lead a room A creative mind to put together unique campaigns focused on client needs Strong problem-solving skills - you're someone who identifies a problem and recommends solutions. Enjoy and thrive in a fun, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with the ability to maintain composure under pressure Must be self-motivated, self-disciplined, have a proactive positive attitude, and be an effective communicator Able to multi-task with a high degree of time management and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office Programs including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workspace Products A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.
