Digital Sales Specialist

for the Orlando, FL market. This role is

Onsite/Hybrid

and focuses on developing and selling Audacy’s digital products to new and existing clients. The Digital Sales Specialist identifies and generates digital sales opportunities while collaborating with sales reps. The ideal candidate has exceptional client-facing skills and a thorough understanding of marketing and advertising. This position involves presenting customized digital solutions (including extension, Search, OTT, Display, Digital Audio and Social Media), forecasting revenue, and managing multiple tasks with strong time management and organizational skills. Responsibilities

The Digital Sales Specialist will support the Media Sales Team on digital advertising sales calls. Identify new business leads and generate digital sales opportunities to grow digital revenue while supporting media sales reps as the local digital product expert. Identify, develop, and present customized solutions to clients using digital concepts. Conduct customer needs analyses (CNA) with Account Executives to uncover client goals and objectives. Recommend specific digital products to support and develop proposals and present to clients with Account Executives. Relay client feedback and expectations to internal teams in partnership with Account Executives. Assist in launching campaigns and communicate any revenue risk to internal teams. Forecast revenue projections in partnership with Sales Managers. Lead digital sales trainings educating the local sales team on Audacy’s digital offerings and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

2+ years of sales experience preferred; 2+ years of digital marketing experience preferred College degree preferred Proven success in building client marketing campaigns using digital platforms (Search, Social, Display, Video) Thorough understanding of advertising and marketing Public speaking skills and ability to lead a room Creative mindset to develop campaigns aligned with client needs Strong problem-solving skills; proactive and solution-oriented Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; maintain composure under pressure Self-motivated, self-disciplined, proactive, positive attitude, and effective communicator Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to multitask Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace Valid driver’s license and ability to meet motor vehicle record requirements as needed
