Business Development Manager

to lead growth and expand our customer base across the

Midwest region. Your mission As Business Development Manager for the Midwest, you will implement our sales strategy by developing new business opportunities, strengthening long-term relationships with customers, and promoting IEMCAs innovative solutions. Youll manage your territory proactively, identifying prospects, presenting technical and commercial proposals, and using digital tools (like Salesforce) to track performance and drive results. Through regular visits, market analysis, and close collaboration with internal teams, youll grow revenue, margins, and brand awareness while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. What were looking for Passion for machine tools, technical products and industrial sales Proficiency in CRM systems Willingness to travel frequently across the Midwest Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills Nice to have 25 years of experience in in machine tools, bar feeders, or related industrial equipment Please note: candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
