We are seeking a driven and passionate Sales Executive to join our team and help drive growth across the hospital and ambulatory markets.
The Business Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth by selling our one of a kind solution to outpatient healthcare providers, such as physician practices and outpatient clinics as well as to hospitalsincluding Emergency Departments, Epilepsy Monitoring Units, and Intensive Care Units. This position requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly within diagnostics, along with a proven track record of sales success. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and strategic salesperson with a passion for making an impact by introducing a disruptive, game-changing solution in healthcare.
Essential Functions:
Prospect and Identify Opportunities:
Identify potential clients in your assigned territory, initiate contact, and build relationships to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. Sales Cycle Management : Oversee every stage of the sales process, from initial outreach and product demonstrations to negotiation and closing, delivering a seamless and consultative client experience. Develop and Execute Sales Strategy:
Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting healthcare providers, aligning with company goals and growth objectives. Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams:
Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align solutions with customer needs and improve product offerings. Achieve Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals, contributing to overall revenue growth and market expansion. Maintain CRM Records:
Accurately track sales activities, pipeline status, and customer information in CRM software to facilitate reporting and strategic planning. Requirements The ability to travel at least 20% of the time up to 50% initially while you grow your territory. Ability to work independently with little supervision. Valid Drivers License. Specific Job Skills: Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the healthcare environment, including key industry players, challenges, and compliance standards. Sales Skills:
Proven ability to drive revenue growth, build client relationships, and close deals. Experience with consultative selling and solution-based sales methodologies is preferred. Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior decision-makers. Tech-savvy:
Proficient in using CRM software, sales productivity tools, and familiar with healthcare technology solutions. Nimble : Skilled at navigating challenges and limited resources in a startup environment. Hunter Mentality:
Demonstrated ability to generate and close new businessideal candidates are growth-focused and highly motivated. Diagnostic Testing Experience:
Previous Experience selling a diagnostic medical device, especially in the neurology space highly referred. Education:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Experience:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of successful sales experience within healthcare. Supervision:

N/A Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources.
