strategic and dynamic Global Business Development Manager
to join our Sales team, specializing in the
food raw ingredients sector . This is a high-impact, growth-focused role responsible for identifying, developing, and securing
new business opportunities globally . Were looking for a proactive hunter with a strong commercial mindset, deep knowledge of global food markets, and a passion for building client relationships and strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities Develop and grow existing accounts while sourcing new customers Lead high-value, long-term business development in your assigned territory or customer segment Sell across the companys full portfolio of products and services Identify new buyers within existing accounts and expand business across locations (e.g., toll/contract manufacturers) Build and execute customer account plans with tailored solutions and clear ROI Manage all phases of the sales cycle, with support from cross-functional teams Maintain accurate pricing, PO details, and customer requirements Monitor satisfaction levels and address service issues proactively Collaborate with Purchasing on supplier development, negotiations, and sourcing Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field 6+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably with specialty/nutritional ingredients Strong understanding of food and nutrition markets and supply chain Skilled in technical discussions with R&D teams and communicating value Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented Proficient in Microsoft Office tools Willing and able to travel throughout the U.S. Why Join Mays Chemical?
