Purpose of the Role

We are looking for a driven

Account Manager

to join our growing team at Muehlstein. This role is responsible for selling plastic resins, supporting existing accounts, and continuously expanding our customer base. If you're a motivated, solution-focused professional who thrives on building relationships and driving results, we want to hear from you.

Location

The ideal candidate is based in New Jersey and is able to conduct in-person customer visits throughout the Northeast U.S.

Key Responsibilities Drive profitable revenue growth with a strong emphasis on new business development Meet or exceed gross margin targets as a percentage of sales Build and manage a robust pipeline of target accounts and opportunities Develop and execute strategic sales plans and manage budgets Identify, track, and close new business consistent with long-term growth goals Work independently and alongside channel partners to fulfill customer needs Ensure CRM systems and reporting tools are accurate and up to date Collaborate with technical and customer service teams to exceed customer expectations Represent the company professionally across all customer levels and functional groups Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Minimum 3 years of B2B, face-to-face sales experience (industrial or commodity markets preferred) Proven success in customer-centric selling and account development Strong technical aptitude and critical thinking skills Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision Team player with a collaborative mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability and willingness to travel as required At the Heart of Your Life

Raf Van Gorp founded Ravago in 1961 when he had the opportunity to buy the premises of a dynamite company in Arendonk, Belgium. This enabled him to work out the luminous idea he had: recycling production waste from the plastics producing petrochemical companies.

From there, Ravago grew into a comprehensive service provider to the petrochemical industry, constantly pushing the boundaries of plastics & chemicals applications and bringing the (re)use of plastics to a next level, with sustainability continuously on our mind. Over the years, the ambition of global expansion and market leadership in polymer and chemical distribution, recycling and compounding, and building materials, became a reality.

Annual base salary :

$75,000-$100,000 per year (DOE) + Commission
