Company Description Processing Nerds is a by-invite-only third-party processing company. We process at a high level for brokers who want the best customer experience and prefer to be hands-off after submitting their loan for processing. Our philosophy is simple: Every Day Matters. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Processor located in the Appleton-Oshkosh-Neenah area or work-from-home anywhere in the US. The Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for processing mortgage loans daily and managing a large pipeline. Customer experience and service are priorities. Must be willing to adapt and follow our detailed philosophy on creating the ultimate customer experience. Salary for the first 60 days then commission on each file closed. Qualifications Mortgage industry experience and/or processing of at least two years Experience in loan processing for mortgage brokers Knowledge of loan processing and handling at least 30 files a month Ability to analyze financial documents Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in industry-specific software ARIVE No license required Seniority level
