Order Intake Specialist
position in Malvern, PA. Perks:
· Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
· Weekly paycheck
· Pay: $24-$25/hr
· Temp-to-hire after 4-6 months

Responsibilities:
· Perform API and supply receipts in accordance with SOPs and client instructions
· Generate receipt documentation using Oracle and update scheduling tools
· Sample products using TruScan RM and prepare shipments (FedEx, DGIS, IATA/DOT certified)
· Communicate with QA, Tech Services, clients, and couriers regarding shipments
· Maintain warehouse compliance, safety, organization, and inventory accuracy
Requirements:
· High School Diploma/GED required
· Prior warehouse experience; leadership experience preferred
· Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
· Ability to stand for long hours and lift materials safely
· Computer skills: Oracle, Microsoft Office
· Forklift and pallet jack experience

Pay Details:
$24.00 to $25.00 per hour
