Job Description
The Continuous Improvement Manager - Manufacturing will be responsible for:
Lead the development and execution of continuous improvement initiatives across the plant to drive measurable performance improvements. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and implement sustainable solutions. Train, mentor, and coach employees at all levels in Lean principles, problem-solving tools, and change management. Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and other improvement activities. Establish performance metrics, track progress, and report results to senior leadership. Collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, and supply chain to ensure CI initiatives align with business objectives. Drive standardization of best practices across manufacturing processes. Support cultural transformation toward a data-driven, continuous improvement mindset. The Successful Applicant
The ideal Continuous Improvement Manager - Manufacturing will have the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred). 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a continuous improvement or operational excellence role. Proven track record leading Lean, Six Sigma, or similar improvement initiatives; certification (Green Belt, Yellow Belt, or Lean Practitioner) strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of CI tools and techniques (e.g., VSM, A3, SW, Kanban, SMED, TPI, VAVE, DFMA). Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills. Proficiency in CI tools, methods, and metrics tracking systems. What's on Offer
The Successful Continuous Improvement Manager - Manufacturing will be rewarded with the following:
Base Salary of $90,000-$130,000 depending on experience Bonus 401K Match PTO Medical, Dental, Vision
